Pressure washing your house is needed when dirt, fungus, mold, mildew, algae, spider webs, wasp nests and other stains take over. How often should it be done?
The average tile roof should be cleaned every 3–4 years, and a shingle roof every 4–5 years. House exteriors, pool cages, decks, lanai enclosures and driveways are usually cleaned every year — though some homes can go longer depending on conditions.
